The agency is considering an initiative to require Russians to verify their identity and age before purchasing sex toys. “Authorization systems,” namely State Services, will be used for this.
This is being done “to minimize the risk of accidental or unauthorized access by minors to materials and products related to intimate topics on marketplaces.”
