Dedicated enthusiasts of Heroes of Might and Magic III continue to breathe new life into the classic title with high-quality additions.
The development team behind the legendary expansion, Heroes of Might and Magic III: Horn of the Abyss, recently deployed version 1.8.0, introducing a wealth of fresh content and technical refinements.
This update marks the arrival of the Kronverk faction and its unique town, featuring an entirely new roster of heroes, creatures, and dwellings, as well as the specialized Rune skill:
“The long journey from initial concept to release, spanning nearly two decades, is finally complete. Players can now lead the faction that has been a cornerstone of our project’s vision since the beginning. While Kronverk has deep roots in the lore of Might & Magic, it is only now that Heroes III players can explore it firsthand. This realm is home to the denizens of the ice-bound island of Vori—Snow Elves, frost-dwelling Jotun giants, Yetis, and Kobolds. They are supported by formidable allies like Argali and Mammoths. These mighty beings are the stuff of legends, celebrated for their resilience and the arcane gifts bestowed upon them by the mystical forces of the eternal frost.”
