The WhichBingo portal conducted a study among 1,002 adult video game enthusiasts, assessing four areas: verbal communication, visual thinking, logic, and mathematics, to determine which games have the smartest audiences. Those who play GTA 5 (aka GTA Online) ranked 16th, with an average IQ score of 96.8. This score falls within the average range (91-110) but lags behind many other gamers.
Other findings from the study indicate that female gamers are slightly smarter than male gamers (107.9 vs. 105.8). In terms of platform preference, PC owners boast the highest average IQ at 114.1, while mobile gaming fans have the lowest at 99.9.
