One day before the release of the first trailer GTA 6 the developers uploaded it to YouTube. Previously, they already offered to subscribe to their channel in the mailing list. But there is no talk of a premiere “exclusively on the official website” or at least calls to watch the show on rockstargames.com among the first, as was the case before. It looks like there are certain agreements with the video hosting site. They even made a special link about this: yt.be/trailer1 (the “rock stars” themselves call it “trailer 1”). In just a couple of hours, there have already been almost half a million likes! Guinness Book of Records already ready.
Based on the download, we calculated that tomorrow we will have as many as 91 seconds of happiness. At 1 minute 31 seconds, it’s the longest debut trailer in R* history, tied with the first look at Red Dead Redemption in 2009.
Users found fast, which in October absolutely clearly indicated the release date of the trailer – 12.5.23. This was done based on the code from the mysterious T-shirt that appeared in GTA Online this Halloween. Remember theories about her? After this, they rushed to speculate on further important events. In particular, they caught on to 040125, but this is part of the cipher that is relevant for tomorrow. And will the Rockstar people store absolutely all the originals in one single place? Hardly.
In short, there are still plenty of mysteries. But tomorrow we will know the answers to some questions. For example, will the new part be called “six”? Or will it still just be Grand Theft Auto? We hope not. So that there is no confusion with the first part and the series as a whole.
