This is what we are cooking on the weekend: Lambert’s dumplings recipe with herbs and cheese from The Witcher 3

Ingredients:

250g Curd cheese;

100g Wheat flour;

100g Bacon (I replaced it with sun-dried tomatoes);


•
1 tbsp Potato starch;


•
3 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped;


•
15g Fresh parsley, chopped;


•
1 tsp Dried wild garlic or green onion;


•
Salt and black pepper.
