Developers identified several issues and have begun addressing them.
The initial hurdle at the Escape from Tarkov 1.0 launch was logging into the servers. However, getting into the game was only the start — gameplay also revealed additional problems.
Battlestate Games has released the first post-launch technical patch, aimed at fixing a bug that prevented the training mission from loading, as well as adjusting trader behavior and interface rendering.
List of fixes:
- Adjustments made to interactions with the Hunter trader;
- Fixed an issue where some users saw item icons rendered at low resolution regardless of their graphics settings;
- Resolved the problem that prevented players from loading into the training mission if the game client’s localization language had been changed;
- Fixed the cause of the game client freezing after interacting with traders.
