Capcom announced Resident Evil 2 Remake for iPhone, iPad, and Mac
Like the previously released installments of the RE series on Apple platforms, Resident Evil 2 Remake will run on iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max, all models of the iPhone 16 series, as well as all Mac and iPad models with M1 processors and newer.
A trial version of the game will be available for free, with the option to purchase the full version through in-app purchases.
Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 7, and Resident Evil 4 Remake on iPhone, iPad, and Mac failed in sales and received low player ratings. However, with financial support from Apple, developers continue to port games. People criticize poor optimization, inconvenient controls, and blurry graphics.
The release is scheduled for December 31, 2024. There is already a page for the title in the Russian App Store.
