Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Quadrupled Its Player Count After Two Years

Following the release of the “From the Ashes” story pack and the hype surrounding the *Avatar: Fire and Ash* film announcement, *Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora* has seen a massive resurgence in its Steam player base.

The game’s previous record for concurrent players sat at a modest 2,614, but that figure skyrocketed to an impressive 12,496 on December 22nd.

While it is not a live-service title—meaning numbers will inevitably stabilize—over 7,000 players are currently active on Pandora, nearly tripling the game’s previous all-time high.

Steam reception is also on an upward trend, with recent user reviews climbing to a 74% positive rating.

This marks a significant victory for Ubisoft, as other recent Steam launches from the studio, including *Star Wars Outlaws*, *Skull and Bones*, and *Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown*, peaked at just 3,400, 2,600, and 1,400 concurrent players, respectively.

*Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora* has demonstrated remarkable staying power, proving it can still captivate a large audience long after its initial release.
