Apex Legends’ upcoming season will include a whole new map and a new character named Ash. Ash was revealed last week, but it wasn’t until Thursday that Respawn Entertainment revealed exactly what her abilities will add to the game.

While Ash was featured as a villain in Titanfall 2, her abilities in Apex Legends are all unique to the battle royale game — even if they find inspiration in her previous appearance in the Titanfall canon. Here’s a list of all of Ash’s Apex abilities:

Passive — Marked for Death

When an enemy dies, Ash will be able to see the location of their deathbox on the map, allowing her to identify where enemies are likely to go next; once she reaches a deathbox, she can her dataknife on them to find where the attackers are at that moment.

Tactical — Arc Tether

Inspired by her old Ronin Titan, Ash will throw a spinning snare that damages and tethers the first enemy who gets too close for a short duration of time. If the Arc Tether hits a surface like the ground or a door, it will stay alive as a “trap” for a few seconds.

Ultimate — Phase Breach

Ash uses her sword to tear open a one-way portal towards a targeted location. Once the portal is open, Ash immediately begins traveling through it, though allies (and enemies) have some time to follow her through.

Ash brings a lot of familiar concepts to Apex Legends, like tracking enemy players and teleporting across the map using portals, but she does each of them in a unique way, and it’s rare that one character brings both of those elements together. Her Tactical ability, which acts as a trap for enemy Legends, is also different from most other abilities in the game.

Ash will arrive on Nov. 2, the same day that Apex Legends: Escape, the game’s new season, begins.
