Games like Virtual Boy Wario Land and Jack Bros. have gained cult status — Jack Bros. in particular is remembered as an early Megami Tensei–adjacent release outside Japan, and physical copies can command four-figure prices among collectors. Making these titles more accessible on modern hardware gives players a cheaper way to experience them and serves as a reminder that the Virtual Boy did have a few genuine highlights.
