Blood Orange: Negro Swan [Domino]

Devonté Hynes’ fourth album as Blood Orange, Negro Swan, options contributions from numerous other artists: Puff Daddy, ASAP Rocky, the Internet’s Steve Lacy, Janet Mock, Kelsey Lu, and extra make appearances. He described the brand new album as “an exploration into my own and many types of black depression, an honest look at the corners of black existence, and the ongoing anxieties of queer/people of color.” Negro Swan is the follow-up to 2016’s Freetown Sound. Interpol: Marauder [Matador]

Interpol have returned with their new full-length Marauder, their first new work in 4 years. Paul Banks, Daniel Kessler, and Sam Fogarino shared a number of singles within the lead-up to the album: “The Rover,” “Number 10,” and most lately, “If You Really Love Nothing,” which got here with a music video starring Kristen Stewart. Devon Welsh: Dream Songs [self-released]

Dream Songs marks Devon Welsh’s first album since his band Majical Cloudz disbanded again in 2016. The new self-released LP was produced by Braids’ Austin Tufts, and options the previously-released songs “I’ll Be Your Ladder,” “Vampires,” and “By the Daylight.”

Justice: Woman Worldwide [Ed Banger/Because Music]

Justice have launched their third “live album,” Woman Worldwide. Full of tracks discovered on their 2016 LP Woman, the brand new launch was crafted “to sound like a proper studio album,” versus previous albums reminiscent of A Cross the Universe and Access All Arenas, which captured crowd noise and “purposely approximated the sound of bootlegs.”

Ohmme: Parts [Joyful Noise]

Formerly often known as Homme, the Chicago-based duo Ohmme has launched Parts, their debut full-length album. Sima Cunningham and Macie Stewart are each multi-instrumentalists who recorded and self-produced the whole album at Cunningham’s dwelling studio.
