Draft Law on Human Voice Protection in AI Generation Submitted to the State Duma
The generation of a human voice created in violation of legal requirements will be withdrawn from circulation and destroyed “without any compensation whatsoever.” A citizen will have the right to request the deletion of a recording with their voice from the internet and prohibit its further dissemination.
The reproduction of a voice using AI can only proceed with the consent of the citizen.
