This Animal Crossing Island Planner allows you to make cute island layouts on PC

You might not have the ability to play Animal Crossing correct in your PC, however now there’s an Island Planner that permits you to design your very out village structure. Created by Rob Fichman, the Island Planner lets you determine your terraforming plans earlier than you decide to them in your precise game. It’s nice as a result of the terraforming in Animal Crossing itself kinda sucks, and the Planner makes it a lot simpler to organise the place you need to put homes, rivers, bridges and all that great things. But I don’t assume you even have to have Animal Crossing to take pleasure in this free game, as a result of it’s fairly enjoyable simply to fiddle making cute little island designs.

You can have a go on the Island Planner your self on Itch.io. For inspiration, right here’s a stunning RPS pond I made:

Alternatively, I additionally designed a pleasant home with a moat and waterfall:

I’ve simply realised that, whereas I put bridges down so the rivers may be crossed, there’s no approach to get down from the raised land I put it on. Oh effectively. At least whoever lives there’s taking isolation severely.

It’s price noting that is an early construct of the Island Planner, so there may be just a few bugs right here and there. The developer is engaged on enhancing bits and items although, and so they’re even planning on including some little blocks to behave as stand ins for furnishings.

If you’re after a style of Animal Crossing on PC, this can be a fairly good substitute for the island designing half at the very least. If you fancy somewhat bit extra although, Alice Bee has some tips about modding Stardew Valley to make it feel more like Nintendo’s island life sim.
