Skyrim Receives NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 Support Thanks to Modder
Bethesda’s iconic open-world title has reached a new level of technical sophistication.
Following NVIDIA’s recent unveiling of DLSS 4.5 technology, the renowned modder PureDark has wasted no time integrating these advancements into his latest project.
He has officially announced that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim now supports DLSS 4.5. By leveraging the second-generation Transformer model, the mod delivers significantly enhanced visual fidelity, which NVIDIA RTX graphics card owners can now experience firsthand.
The developer also noted that the mod comes equipped with INT8 FSR4. Users with RX 9000 series GPUs are advised to download the “SkyrimUpscalerAIOBuild-FSR4-FP8(Addon).zip” file and add it to the mod folder to enable the specialized FSR4 Upscaling FP8 version.
There is a minor caveat: PureDark has not yet released the Skyrim Upscaler All-In-One Build to the general public. For the time being, access is limited to his community of Patreon supporters.
