Within that Discord community, Anne van der Zanden, a principal community manager at Guerrilla, clarified: “Utilizing the official links shared here or in the PlayStation Blog ensures the system registers your interest specifically for the Horizon Hunters Gathering playtest!”
She also reiterated the “late February” timeline for the test, though the exact duration of this evaluation phase remains undisclosed.
“Even though we are in the preliminary stages, expect more consistent development briefings and playtest announcements throughout the coming months,” remarked game director Arjan Bak.
Van der Zanden added that additional logistical details regarding the upcoming playtest will be shared shortly.
Horizon Hunters Gathering is set to feature full cross-play compatibility between PS5 and PC. Furthermore, cross-progression will be managed via PlayStation accounts, ensuring your character data remains seamless across both platforms.
