Rockstar and Take-Two Under DDoS Attacks; Rockstar and BattlEye Targeted in Cyber Assault Yesterday at 21:45 OPla G634

For several days now, players have been experiencing issues accessing GTA Online and Red Dead Online. Players have been kicked out from multiplayer modes into story modes on both PC and consoles. It turns out that Rockstar Games’ servers are undergoing DDoS attacks. BattlEye has also been affected, with its website being down for some time.

Most likely, this is the work of individuals dissatisfied with the implementation of the anti-cheat this week. According to various screenshots and messages circulating on X (formerly Twitter) and Discord, cheaters have faced a wave of bans, and they could be behind this action. This means that BattlEye is producing results, not just causing issues for Steam Deck owners.

Besides 'Online' games and the BattlEye website, the Rockstar support website was also down.

At the moment, no issues are observed with the operation of all the affected resources.
