The Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes are coming to the Nintendo Switch, and with that comes a dose of nostalgia from the Nintendo DS era.

To celebrate the games, The Pokémon Company is releasing a new edition of the Nintendo Switch Lite console that features a design of both Dialga and Palkia on the back. It is scheduled to be available for purchase on Nov. 5, just ahead of the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl release date on Nov. 19.

The new Switch Lite has a black base color and gold and silver decals of both Palkia and Dialga on the back. It’s a rather simple design, but fans have been quick to notice a fun detail: The design pays homage to the look of a special edition Nintendo DS Lite that came out alongside the original games.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl are remakes of the original Diamond and Pearl games that came stateside to the Nintendo DS in 2007. This is essentially the same design from an old special edition Nintendo DS, except adapted for the Nintendo Switch Lite. So now, if you’re lucky enough to still have the Dialga and Palkia DS, you can have a matching set of consoles.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl is scheduled to release on Nov. 19. Furthermore, The Pokemon Company will also be releasing Pokémon Legends: Arceus, in 2022.
