She recently praised the studio for moving away from conventional “Ozempic chic” beauty standards, opting instead for a design that feels authentic and diverse. The response from the player base has been overwhelmingly positive, with many fans crediting the new hero’s personality and design for their renewed interest in the Damage role.
“You’re the reason I’m finally playing DPS now,” one fan told Andersen, echoing the sentiment of a community that has long admired her as a pillar of the Overwatch scene.
The new Overwatch actor also addressed the design changes, encouraging fans to “keep rooting for the version of her that could be” while embracing her current evolution.
