New Borderlands 4 DLC Receives Mostly Negative Reviews — Gamers Criticize Bounty Pack 2: Legend of the Stone Demon
The latest expansion has largely failed to live up to the high expectations of the community.
The development team behind Borderlands 4 recently debuted a new premium expansion titled Bounty Pack 2: Legend of the Stone Demon.
This add-on introduces a mission featuring four formidable bosses alongside several cosmetic rewards, including a fresh Vault Hunter skin, an additional vehicle, and a new color palette for the ECHO-4 drone.
Upon its release on Steam, Bounty Pack 2 was met with predominantly negative feedback from players.
Disgruntled fans argue that the $12 price tag is unjustified given the scarcity of content, with many also raising concerns regarding the overall polish and quality of the update.
Simultaneously, free updates have arrived: all Borderlands 4 players now have the chance to obtain Pearlescent-tier gear—equipment that even outclasses legendary items. These rare drops can be secured by participating in special in-game events.
