KOF XV: SNK will release 4 Shockbox NeoGeo collector with different covers

It was during the Gamescom 2021 Opening Night Live that SNK revealed the release date for KOF XV, set for February 17, 2022 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series, PS4 and Xbox One. We were treated to a new trailer consisting in which we were able to discover new characters (Ash Crimson, K ‘and two other women whose identity we do not yet know), but also some details on the different editions that will be marketed in good time. In this regard, know that in Japan, the publisher has planned to hit hard and especially please NeoGeo lovers, since 4 Shockbox NeoGeo collector editions were announced in the wake. Each edition will offer its own jacket, just to satisfy everyone.

To begin with, there is the classic KOF XV visual where we find the main protagonists, the one for those faithful to the Fatal Fury series where we can see Terry Bogard and Joe Higashi, another with Iori Yagami and his new outfit, and finally a cover dedicated to the beauty of Mai Shiranui. Each of these NeoGeo shockboxes is offered with separate bundles and at different prices. Everything will depend on your purse, but you can opt for the simple game or the more complete version with more goodies and a painting to decorate your walls with us, it’s up to you. As for the prices, it varies between 10,920 yen to 25,920 yen. Ah yes, for the moment, these limited editions are reserved for the Japanese market.
