The REDkit for The Witcher 3 is our work-in-progress modding toolkit, aimed to equip you with the same robust tools our developers utilized in crafting the game. This promises almost endless possibilities for mod creation. The best part? It will be distributed at no extra cost to all PC owners of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, with a launch anticipated later this year.
To join, proceed to the Steam store page for The Witcher 3 REDkit and apply for access:

Access will be granted in stages. Upon acceptance, “The Witcher 3 REDkit Playtest” will be added to your Steam Library. Note, operating the editor necessitates having The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt installed, so verify its presence on your system too!
