The game caught the attention of some fans, but Sony moved quickly to fold the project.
In just a few days, Concord’s story came to an end. The live-service title failed to post — in any meaningful way — strong online numbers and was shut down.
Still, several players spotted promising ideas in the online shooter, and a group of enthusiasts stepped in. Red, Real & Gwog began building a server emulator for Concord and periodically post updates about their progress online.
Recently the modders published 14 minutes of Concord gameplay: work on the ambitious project is ongoing and glitches still occur.
It remains unknown when a complete public playable build of Concord with the server emulator will be released.
