Today is the release of Guardians of the Galaxy, the game developed by Eidos Montreal for almost 5 years, and which has chosen to offer a narrative solo adventure with Star Lord as the only playable character. While the last previews of the game a little over a month ago left us with some concerns, it looks like the game is in fine a good surprise. On Metacritic, the title of Square Enix is doing with the average rating of 81% in its PS5 version for a total of 66 reviews identified. If we read the different opinions, we realize that our Guardians of the Galaxy are very endearing, with a strong team spirit and a humor that hits the mark. The very 80’s atmosphere contributes to this positive effect, especially as music has a very important part in the game. Fans of comic-books will see many references to the cosmic aspect, while those who do not swear by the gameplay will be a bit disappointed with the somewhat too messy aspect of the fights. It was also on this point that we had expressed some reservations and it seems that the management of teammates and the cloud of elements on the screen are still messy. While waiting for our test, here are the scores obtained around the world.
