The themed resource dedicated to Netflix, reports that in a month, GTA: Trilogy — Definitive Edition will leave the catalog of video games available to subscribers. However, not entirely: a year after the release, “III” and “Vice City” will be removed — “San Andreas” will remain “free” for those with a prepayment. Those who wish to continue playing all three parts will have to purchase them fully (they will not be removed from sale). Possibly, the mobile versions of the collection will join the GTA+ games library.
Meanwhile, Thomas Williamson, head of the studio Grove Street Games responsible for the reissue of the “Trilogy,” commented on the removal of their mention by the latest patch.
Speaking strictly hypothetically: removing the main developers from the credits, who made hundreds of fixes, is a crappy move.
However, as it turned out, no one crossed out the “main developers” (who are these “rock stars” anyway?!) from the credits – their names are still there. Along with Australian Video Games Deluxe and Indian Za Studios, which also made their contributions. The name and logo of GSG were not removed everywhere, as initially indicated, but only from the main menu of the games.
