GTA 6: Sam Houser Wanted to Delay the Trailer Announcement to Annoy Journalists
Almost a year ago, the announcement of the first trailer for GTA 6 was made, but a few hours earlier, the news was first reported by Jason Schreier. Tez2, known within the community as a reliable source, revealed that Sam Houser, the president and co-founder of Rockstar Games, wanted to delay that November announcement to upstage the journalist. However, he was dissuaded by other high-ranking managers, Aaron Garbut and Rob Nelson, who together lead Rockstar North, the main development studio for Grand Theft Auto.
In another post, the insider claims that last October, senior Houser and his colleagues visited all R* branches to oversee the work on “six.”
