Riley “Breadman” Barnes recently remarked that he’d find more value in rummaging through actual garbage, where there’s at least a chance of uncovering something of worth.
Renowned professional gamer Riley “Breadman” Barnes dismissed ARC Raiders as little more than a “dumpster-diving simulator,” expressing his utter confusion over the hype surrounding the extraction shooter from Embark Studios.
I find it hard to believe that ARC Raiders is currently the top-tier extraction shooter. The entire gameplay loop consists of gathering salvage only to process it into even more salvage. It’s a third-person junk-collecting simulator.
Barnes argued that real-world scavenging would be more productive, as there’s always a chance of finding items with tangible resale value.
I’d rather go do community service; at least then I might stumble across someone’s lost wedding ring or something else I could actually hawk.
