People magazine has unveiled the debut stills from the intense thriller Apex. The feature is scheduled to premiere globally on Netflix on April 24, 2026.
The film stars Academy Award winner Charlize Theron alongside Taron Egerton (Carry-On). The plot centers on a skilled rock climber who finds herself trapped in a deadly game of cat and mouse when a mysterious predator begins hunting her.
Directorial duties for Apex were handled by Baltasar Kormákur, the acclaimed filmmaker behind the survival drama Everest.
