The movements of tigers in Black Myth: Wukong were recorded from regular cats
Sensors for motion capture were placed on cats, and they were simply played with on a set. The results were then digitized, giving the in-game tigers realistic movements inspired by their smaller counterparts.
Even cats have made their way into game development.
