Following the technical turbulence surrounding Dragon’s Dogma 2 and Monster Hunter Wilds, Capcom now faces a high-stakes litmus test with the upcoming release of Pragmata.
To circumvent further scrutiny, the title must deliver more than just breathtaking visuals; it needs to provide a flawlessly stable experience from day one.
In a new trailer showcased during the NVIDIA GeForce presentation at CES 2026, Capcom revealed that the PC version will utilize full Path Tracing—the most advanced form of ray tracing currently available. Furthermore, the integration of DLSS 4.5 is expected to sustain high frame rates even before the deployment of Multi-Frame Generation.
These technical promises appear to be well-founded: initial benchmarks from the Pragmata demo have already demonstrated impressive optimization, even on hardware with more modest specifications.
Capcom also leveraged the event to lock in a release date, officially scheduling Pragmata for arrival on April 24, 2026.
