Model Gingeran has stepped into the role of Eleanor Lamb from BioShock 2, descending into the submerged ruins of Rapture to watch over a Big Daddy and shield the Little Sisters from the city’s many lurking horrors.
Photographer Sofia “CHATSKYPHOTO” Chatskaya and cosplayer Gingeran have revisited the haunting world of BioShock 2, the iconic first-person shooter originally released in 2010.
In this cinematic set, the model portrays Eleanor Lamb—the daughter of Sofia Lamb who evolved from a Little Sister into the formidable Big Sister. It is Eleanor who guides Subject Delta throughout his journey, leaving vital supplies and cryptic messages scrawled across the walls of Rapture.
Eleanor is central to the narrative of BioShock 2, orchestrating the resurrection of the protagonist more than a decade after his death by utilizing the Little Sisters. Following years of gene therapy and exposure to massive quantities of ADAM, she has attained near-unrivaled power.
Her capabilities include telekinetic manipulation, the manifestation of explosive fireballs, and the ability to teleport or telepathically commune with Little Sisters from afar. She also possesses a heightened “danger sense,” allowing her to instinctively neutralize any aggressive threats.
