Aspyr has rolled out a substantial free update for the Tomb Raider I–III Remastered collection, introducing a brand-new Challenge Mode and a wealth of bonus content tailored for fans of Lara Croft’s legendary original trilogy.
The newly implemented Challenge Mode empowers players to fine-tune their gameplay experience through various modifiers, including adjustments to Lara’s health, damage intake, enemy variants, and specialized perks. As players ramp up the difficulty, they can earn more prestigious rewards and exclusive unlockables.
This update also brings 10 fresh outfits for Lara, each granting unique passive buffs such as increased sprint speeds, extended lung capacity for diving, or enhanced combat efficiency. Furthermore, completionists can tackle 15 new achievements specifically tied to the Challenge Mode.
Additionally, the collection has expanded its reach to new platforms, including the Nintendo Switch 2 and mobile devices running iOS and Android. Mobile players can dive into the action with a free trial of the first level from each game in the series.
