7Launcher – Version history

We’ve upgraded the download algorithm, added Turkish, and expanded the game catalog. What’s new:

New download algorithm
If the main download method is not fast enough or takes too long to connect to peers, the Launcher will automatically switch to a fallback method and continue the process.
Interface improvements
The outdated “Stop” button has been replaced with a clearer “Pause”.
New language added
All windows, dialogs, and buttons have been translated into Turkish.
New batch of games
Support has been added for the following games: Hades II, Battlefield 6, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Hogwarts Legacy, Resident Evil 4, Factorio, Satisfactory, Stardew Valley, Sons of the Forest, Supermarket Simulator, Expedition 33, RoboCop: Rogue City, and s&box.

It’s now easier to download and there’s even more to play. New releases are already on the way! 🚀

We’ve sped up 7Launcher — now the essentials configure themselves. What’s changed:

Online without manual magic
Automatic port forwarding: 7Launcher finds a free port and negotiates with your router. Downloads start in the background — no fiddling with settings.
Friendly to older Windows
Instead of blank windows, you’ll see a clear reminder suggesting a system update. No one is left staring at a black screen.
Built-in pages
The 7Launcher Home page opens faster. On Windows 7/8, there are no more annoying error pop-ups.
UI holds its shape
Scaling stays tidy even on older monitors: buttons don’t drift, and windows don’t “jump” on launch.
Cleaner and more stable
We fixed bugs and improved overall stability across 7Launcher.

Improved Resilience
- Now, in cases where the domain or IP address of the download is blocked (e.g., by Roskomnadzor in Russia), the process of downloading game distributions is not interrupted with an error.
Updated P2P Client

Speed of downloading games via P2P is increased, in some cases, up to several times.
Stability of connection to sources is improved. If there is no connection to peers, game downloading via torrent is no longer required.
Download status bar was optimized for clearer display of time and volume of downloaded data.
Fixed error of reading and writing Launcher parameters on systems where local codepage differs from single-byte codepage.
Small fixes and improvements have been made to improve overall performance and stability.

The new algorithm for working with SteamCMD will allow you to get game updates faster, without delays.
Rewritten the logic of the transmission parameters. Now it is safe to set any launch options without losing the performance of the game.
