The Diplomats: Diplomatic Ties [EMPIRE]

The Diplomats launched their final album, Diplomatic Immunity 2, in 2004. This October, the quartet of Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, and Freekey Zekey announced that they might launch an album on Thanksgiving. Earlier this month, Dipset launched the primary single, “Sauce Boyz,” produced by frequent collaborators the Heatmakerz. Art Brut: Wham! Bang! Pow! Let’s Rock Out! [Alcopop!]

Wham! Bang! Pow! Let’s Rock Out! marks Art Brut’s first new album since 2011’s Brilliant! Tragic. The lineup has modified since then: Jasper Future and Mikey Breyer have left the group, leaving founding members Eddie Argos, Ian Catskilkin, and Freddy Feedback with new guitarist Toby McFarlane (who performs bass for Graham Coxon), and drummer Charlie Layton of the Wedding Present.

Bauhaus: The Bela Session [Stones Throw]

Boosie Badazz announced the discharge of his first blues album, Boosie Blues Café solely a few days in the past. “My blues album is a real blues album. Blues beats, blues instruments,” he wrote in a press release. “It’s one of the coldest blues albums people will hear.”
