After more than two decades together, Emma “Baby Spice” Bunton and longtime love Jade Jones made it official. The Spice Girls member revealed the good news on Tuesday (July 13) in a sweet Instagram post in which she is standing face to face with Jones while clutching a bouquet of flowers and wearing a white wedding dress.
“Mr and Mrs Jones!” she captioned the snap along with four heart emojis.
Bunton also shared some photos on her Instagram Stories. In one, she and her now-husband are standing in front of a lovely arch decorated with green foliage and flowers, while the pair are in their wedding finery. A second image — in black and white — shows the singer’s delicate lace garter.
Her fellow Spice Girls shared the joy, with Victoria Beckham writing, “Congratulations. Love u both so much!!” while Mel B added “Yipppeee” and Mel C offered up a string of heart emojis.
Bunton, 45, and Damage singer Jones, 42, dated on and off from 1999 until 2004, and got engaged in 2011. They have two children — Beau Lee Jones and Tate Lee Jones.
It’s been a week of celebrations for Bunton, who last week toasted to the 25th anniversary of the group’s signature debut hit, “Wannabe.” She wrote on Instagram, “Feeling very emotional, what an amazing 25 years it has been. Thanks to our wonderful fans for making 5 girls dreams come true, loving the songs that we wrote, copying our dance routines and embracing our individuality!”
