Smithsonian Folkways Readies Pete Seeger Anthology With Unreleased Songs

Folk icon Pete Seeger is getting an infinite new career-spanning anthology. Pete Seeger: The Smithsonian Folkways Collection is out May 3, which might have been Seeger’s 100th birthday. The 6xCD assortment options 20 beforehand unreleased tracks and a 200-page hardcover ebook. Find extra info on Smithsonian Folkways’ website.

The Seeger assortment rounds out Smithsonian Folkways’ trilogy that began with Woody Guthrie’s Woody at 100 and Lead Belly: The Smithsonian Folkways Collection.
