Creative Assembly has unveiled new insights into the long-term roadmap for Total War: Warhammer 40,000. The title will debut featuring the Space Marines, Orks, Astra Militarum, and Aeldari (Eldar). However, as Total War Vice President Roger Collum emphasized in a New Year’s address to the community, this initial lineup is just the beginning.
Our objective is to engineer the ultimate Warhammer 40,000 experience—a monumental galactic sandbox where every iconic faction eventually collides.
He candidly noted that realizing this expansive vision could require approximately ten years of development.
As many have observed, this is effectively the roadmap for Creative Assembly over the next ten years. We have an enormous journey ahead to incorporate every element that deserves its place in this galaxy.
