Ubisoft’s different recently-suspended main government has left the corporate.
Tommy Francois, VP of editorial and inventive companies at Ubisoft, has formally left the writer. Francois, along with longtime government Maxime Beland have been put on administrative leave in June following a number of allegations of misconduct.
This makes Francois the sixth longtime, senior staffer to have left Ubisoft over the previous few weeks.
The rising checklist consists of VP of editorial Maxime Beland, chief artistic officer Serge Hascoet, Canadian studios managing director Yannis Mallat, HR director Cecile Cornet, and PR director Stone Chin. Most of those names have been concerned in a wide-sweeping collection of allegations that rocked Ubisoft in June, which included sexism, sexual misconduct, and abuse.
Ubisoft confirmed Francois’ departure in an announcement to Games Industry, after journalist Samuel Horti broke the information earlier right now.
When the allegations have been made public, Ubisoft admitted to have fallen short of creating a safe environment for its staff, and dedicated to main cultural and personnel adjustments that embody launching an anonymous online tool to report office misconduct.
