The development team behind CarX Street has officially released the massive “Showdown” update, which also broadens the game’s global reach by adding localized support for both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
The expansion introduces two distinct gameplay experiences:
- Pursuit Mode: Players are invited to choose their side in a high-stakes chase. Racers must evade capture in high-performance sports cars, utilizing EMP bursts to disable their pursuers. Conversely, those joining the Police Force must immobilize lawbreakers using tactical spike strips and the raw power of specialized service vehicles.
- Gymkhana Leaderboards: A true test of precision where drivers must showcase flawless technical mastery on highly complex, winding circuits.
- Winter has descended upon Sunset City, transforming the environment and decorating the LMA and GLW models with festive holiday lighting.
- The vehicle roster has been further expanded with the arrival of three new high-performance machines: the S70, CC3, and JGR.
