Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: Lost Legacy will be remastered for PlayStation 5 and Windows PC. The games will be bundled into a single product called Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. An early 2022 launch window was given. The announcement was made Thursday during the PlayStation Showcase 2021, and accompanied by a gameplay trailer.

The Uncharted series launched in 2007, and remained a PlayStation console exclusive through the much of its lifespan. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was released in 2016, and went on to win many game of the year awards. It’s the final story in the arc of protagonist Nathan Drake, and ostensibly the conclusion of the series.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy was released in 2017 and talls the story of Chloe Frazer and Nadine Ross. It was the first Uncharted game not to feature Nathan Drake. In our review, we called it “a celebration of the series’ past and a nod to a possible future.”

Both games are being built by PlayStation Studios in cooperation with their original developer, Naughty Dog. No firm release date was announced.
