A whole week after teasing us the arrival of Season 2 in Halo Infinite, the 343 Industries studio returns with new details concerning the 2 new maps that will be deployed in order to save the game which is losing its community over the weeks . Responding to the name of “Catalyst” and “Breaker”, these maps contrast radically with the maps already available in Halo Infinite, with no doubt a return to the sources voluntarily sought. Catalyst, for example, is a symmetrical arena nestled high inside a vast tunnel-like structure. the sides of the card. “Breaker” on the other hand is a pseudo-symmetrical BTB map set in a junkyard where each team’s base is a huge piece of ship wreckage. Maps reminiscent of those of old Halo, like Catalyst which refers to the “Coliseum” map of Halo 5, and highly appreciated by competitors. “Catalyst” is none other than a rereading of the “Epitaph” map from Halo 3 with a pronounced architectural style with a certain taste for Capture The Flag.
