Not everyone realized the significance of some choices.

The Dispatch season finale was released recently, and players started sharing their reactions. Quite quickly, many noticed a common thread — an unsatisfying ending.

So many people reported receiving that outcome that some began suggesting there might be a bug disrupting the in-game logic and “accidentally” producing that finale.

A representative of the Dispatch development team addressed the situation. He confirmed that the finale in which Invizigal (spoiler) — is not a bug. The ending also takes into account the choices made during shifts (the “dispatcher” gameplay):

Hello! No bugs here. Whether you succeed or fail as Invizigal’s mentor depends not only on the choices you make while playing as Robert, but also on the decisions you take when playing her as the dispatcher across the season’s shifts. If you notice you’re making the same choices yet still end up with a specific outcome, try replaying the shifts as well.
