GTA Online Updates: Role of Law Enforcer, Long-Awaited Fixes, and More Today at 23:51 OPla G40

As the “rock stars” promised, they have released a major update for GTA Online. Opinions may vary, both negatively (more useful functions exclusively for paid subscription) and positively (many fixes and new features). Here’s a summary of our observations, the developer press release, and the support report.

New Business and Missions

Mod Eccles offers to purchase the Bottom Dollar bounty hunting bureau in one of five locations (the previously anticipated Grapeseed is not on the list):

  • Paleto Bay — 1,650,000 GTA$,
  • Davis — 2,000,000 GTA$,
  • Del Perro — 2,350,000 GTA$,
  • Mission Row — 2,390,000 GTA$,
  • Downtown Vinewood — 2,620,000 GTA$.

The most expensive property with all modifications and upgrades will cost 4 million. Missions for apprehending wanted criminals can be started from the office computer. Three of them are routine (updated every hour, reward per capture — 35-40 thousand), while the fourth is for high-risk targets (one can be captured per day, currently there are 6 targets in the game that change daily at 9 AM Kyiv time, reward — around 125 thousand). Successful bounty hunters will receive platinum rewards, bureau prizes, and unique bonuses as part of “Career Progression” (only on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S).

Law Enforcement Missions

Available only in patrol cars (Bravado Gauntlet Interceptor, Vapid Stanier LE Cruiser, Vapid Unmarked Cruiser, or three new ones mentioned later). They are given by Vincent upon request or by himself after some time, but only after the introductory mission “Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid” and in your free time from being a CEO or Motorcycle Club President. Each law enforcement mission will earn 25 thousand, and the next one starts after a 5-minute cooldown.

Vehicle Fleet Expansion

Fans of law enforcement vehicles will be pleased with police versions of three models:

  • Bravado Dorado Cruiser — 3,753,750 – 5,005,000 GTA$,
  • Bravado Greenwood Cruiser — 3,682,500 – 4,910,000 GTA$,
  • Declasse Impaler SZ Cruiser — 3,540,000 – 4,720,000 GTA$.

New Police Vehicles: Bravado Greenwood Cruiser, Bravado Dorado Cruiser and Declasse Impaler SZ Cruiser.

Additionally, six more cars are now available for purchase:

  • Annis Euros X32 (can be upgraded to HSW version) — 1,499,000 GTA$,
  • Bollokan Envisage (can be upgraded at Imani’s) — 2,472,000 GTA$,
  • Declasse Yosemite 1500 — 1,205,000 GTA$,
  • Enus Paragon S (can be upgraded at Imani’s) — 2,010,000 GTA$,
  • Invetero Coquette D1 — 1,500,000 GTA$,
  • Übermacht Niobe (can be upgraded to HSW version) — 1,880,000 GTA$.

As we previously wrote, Übermacht Cypher, Übermacht Sentinel Classic, and Vulcar Nebula Turbo (recently re-added to the Southern San Andreas Super Autos website) are now classified as drift cars. Additionally, you can now create your own race types, available both for drift and drag races.

Welcome to the Drift Family!

However, this is just part of the content available on the release day. Much more has been added, with the rest rolling out over the next six months.

Other Changes and Improvements

PC players finally got two important fixes among approximately a hundred made. Firstly, the disabled casino heist and the ability to purchase an arcade have returned to “Online”. Secondly, the bug causing unique license plates on stolen vehicles to disappear when re-registered has been fixed. This issue has been lingering since March.

The random event with smuggler traces has been reactivated. It was disabled about a year ago.

It has been reported (one, two) that Rockstar Games is censoring organization names, removing words like Drugs and OnlyFans (although, they themselves seem to be interested in buying OF).

Payments have been increased for the following tasks:

  • Martin Madrazo’s assassination missions,
  • Simeon’s “Repossession” missions,
  • Gerald’s “Retire” missions,
  • Lamar’s “Lowriders” missions,
  • Casino missions,
  • Super yacht missions,
  • ULP agent missions,
  • “Project Overthrow” missions,
  • Open wheel races,
  • Taxi work.

However, this is not the entire list of corrections implemented.
