Fallout 4 and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Leaked for Switch 2 as Code-in-Box Releases Ahead of Nintendo Direct

Dealabs insider Bilbil-kun—whose track record for leaking PlayStation Plus lineups and hardware reveals is legendary—claims that Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will hit the Switch 2 this spring. Indiana Jones is reportedly scheduled for a May 12, 2026 launch at a $69.99 price point, likely utilizing a physical Game-Key Card format.

Fallout 4 is expected to lead the charge, debuting on April 28, 2026, for $59.99. However, there is a catch: Microsoft appears to be opting for a “code-in-box” release for the post-apocalyptic RPG rather than a physical cartridge. Curiously, Skyrim Anniversary Edition is also rumored to receive a similar code-in-box physical release for the Switch 2 on that same day.

Since these dates specifically refer to retail shelf appearances, there is a strong possibility that Fallout 4 will follow the pattern of digital-first releases. We might even see a “shadow drop” for the digital version during today’s showcase. Only time—and the Direct—will confirm these rumors.
