Anecdotal evidence suggests that looting speeds with the skill active now feel identical to the base speed experienced before unlocking the ability, though conclusive data without the skill tree is currently scarce.
The Arc Raiders Discord has become a hub for bug reports, with players identifying several other complications following the update, including a bug affecting the fire rate of various weapons. While some feared these changes were intentional “stealth nerfs,” community admin Ossen clarified that Embark is “actively investigating” the weapon performance issues.
Community Manager Birdie addressed the loot speed frustration directly, informing players: “The team is aware of this, as it’s not intended.”

We have reached out to Embark Studios for more information on when a hotfix might be deployed. In the meantime, Raiders will have to deal with the sluggish loot times. While only a few seconds are lost per container, in a tense extraction shooter, every moment matters.
