Elden Ring Nightreign debuted today, and within a mere 24 hours, it has already attracted 2 million players. Though crafted for a three-player cooperative roguelite experience, Nightreign also offers the possibility of solo play—albeit with considerable difficulty. Thankfully, From Software is attentive to player feedback and plans to release a patch next week to ease the solo journey.
The studio disclosed this update on the official Elden Ring X account, announcing that Patch 1.02 will be available next week, including various bug fixes and enhancements for solo adventurers. Specifically, From Software mentions the addition of “Automatic Revival Upon Defeat” for solo expeditions, allowing one revival per night boss encounter, along with an increase in runes acquired.
This update aims to make the experience more manageable for solo players, as the enhancement in rune collection will facilitate quicker leveling up. Moreover, the ability to revive once during night boss battles will grant players a better chance in Nightreign’s diverse challenges. From Software promises more information on Patch 1.02 next week.
