Spread the word, invite your friends, and join in! This weekend, everyone has the opportunity to try House Flipper 2 at no cost and explore all the fresh content included with the Co-op DLC release.
It’s the perfect chance to test the game and grab it at an all-time high discount!

🤝 Free CO-OP DLC is OUT!

Crafting and refining the CO-OP Mode in House Flipper 2 has been a rewarding challenge! The release of the House Flipper 2 Co-op DLC marks the final milestone.
It’s the first DLC for House Flipper 2 and offers Co-op mode enthusiasts additional content crafted specifically for multiplayer enjoyment. If you prefer solo play, all new content can be completed individually.

📋 Official Co-op Release Update 1.8.

New:
• 4 new co-op tasks (playable solo too): The first is “Help us create a fun place!”, unlocked after “A floor plan to change”.
• 4 new co-op houses (also available for single play). The first is “Old marketplace”.
• 92 new items! Details below.

92 new items:
• 2 new wallpapers
• 7 new varieties of wall and ceiling molding
• Triangle windows with a 5-block base
• 3 elephant figurines
• 5 types of plushies
• Several small baby items
• Darts and a dartboard
• Film projector and film cans
• 6 kitchen containers
• 11 museum items including display cases and signs 🙂
• Picture lights – various sizes in one item!
• A chess set with individual pieces that fit perfectly on the board ;>
• Japanese maples
• Sago palms
• 4 path lights

Changes:
• Custom pictures maintain their aspect ratio in frames.
• Altering an item’s model removes attached items (e.g., changing the right door to left will remove any sticky notes on it). Be cautious!
• [Assembly] Removed camera movement with Ctrl+Mouse.
• [Assembly] Enhanced scene lighting.
• [Assembly][UI] Assembly star animation is faster.

Fixes:
• Restored the exit button in the menu of the “Floor is Lava” map.
• [Sandbox] Fishing rod tool should now correctly drop rocks.
• [Sandbox] The “Ignore collisions” option in the “Transform tool” in “Resize” mode should now function correctly.
• [UI] The header in the gallery photo deletion popup is now properly translated.

Co-op new:
• Pinging and emoticons added (X on keyboard, D-pad up on controller)! Express your thoughts on wall colors 💩
• Added visual effects when cleaning stains and using detergent, visible to other players.
• Added option to remove players from the lobby view.
• Added wall-building visual effect viewable by others.
• Added notification and countdown before game reload when a new player joins.
• Added item carrying animation.
• Enhanced player crouch animations – no more shotgun-holding mimicry!
• Added notification for internet connection issues.
• Player nickname now appears in disconnect message.

Co-op changes:
• Task progress under [TAB] syncs in near real-time.
• Synchronized material amounts in boxes and paint buckets.
• Synchronized doors, laptop, TV channels, and light switches.
• Synchronized time of day with bed use.
• Synchronized inventory key color.
• Online lobby join code is now hidden by default.
• Join button is disabled in solo mode and not in the menu.

Co-op fixes:
• Resolved disconnect issues with multiple house loads.
• Multiple players unpacking simultaneously no longer causes issues.
• Syncing of initial tools works when transitioning between plots.
• Tools are correctly locked in Floor is Lava mode.
• Paint color on roller no longer resets with new player arrival.
• Host-bought items are no longer duplicated.
• Client disconnects no longer leave behind phantom items.
• Exiting a sandbox plot test returns all players to the lobby.
• Completing a task and skipping messages no longer causes job re-entry.
• Flashlight beam aligns with viewing direction.
• Player shadows disabled to prevent scares in co-op. Not Halloween yet.
• Fixed unclosable session-end notification issue.
