Dread Delusion is slated to arrive on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch 2 in Spring 2026. While official pricing for the console version has yet to be revealed, you can currently add the game to your wishlist on both the Xbox Store and the PlayStation Store.
“The world has fractured,” the Steam synopsis explains. “Its surface is consumed by an undead blight, forcing civilization to survive on floating sky-continents. From alien mushroom groves to haunted mausoleums, a landscape of bizarre locales and characters awaits. Will you find a path to heal this dying world, or exploit its ruins for personal glory?”
