Supernova Games has officially rolled out the 0.2 update for Assetto Corsa Rally, pushing the title’s Steam user rating to a commendable 88% positive. In a genre often defined by content volume, the developers continue to prioritize meticulous refinement—a refreshing philosophy for modern rally simulations.
The latest patch introduces winter racing dynamics, featuring snow-covered terrain, specialized studded tires, and the Italian Livigno Ice Circuit, specifically designed for mastering low-friction driving techniques. Furthermore, the iconic 1973 Alpine A110 Group 4 has been added to the vehicle roster.
The legendary racer is described as follows:
Forged during the golden age of rallying, the 1973 Alpine A110 was engineered for agility, boasting a lightweight frame and exceptional responsiveness.
Under the hood, the car features a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine producing 180 horsepower. It can sprint to 100 km/h in roughly 7 seconds, reaching a top speed of approximately 210 km/h.
Technical improvements in this version include overhauled engine audio, refined force feedback (FFB), and enhanced physics models for asphalt and gravel surfaces. Additionally, the update expands steering wheel compatibility, introduces dedicated snow physics, and provides the option to hide the user interface for maximum immersion.
