Certain hardware configurations should now see a noticeable boost in performance.
In December, the open-world shooter Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora received its substantial 2.5 update alongside the “From the Ashes” story expansion, which draws thematic inspiration from the upcoming film Avatar: Fire and Ash.
Journey back to Pandora as So’lek, a Na’vi warrior haunted by a troubled past. Though he sought a life of inner tranquility, destiny had other designs. Now, he must confront a merciless adversary to protect his adoptive family, the Sarentu clan.
The development team has resolved various bugs and implemented several technical refinements, including:
- (PC) Enhanced performance optimization for NVIDIA RTX 50-series graphics cards.
- (Universal) Resolved an issue where the loading screen would occasionally hang at 18%.
- (Universal) Fixed several recurring software errors that resulted in game crashes.
- (Universal) Corrected missing environmental and tree textures, and addressed texture flickering on character models.
