This marks the 4th major content update for House Flipper 2 and it kicks off our newest House Flipper 2 Roadmap – Part 2. Don’t miss out, there’s a lot more exciting content to come! Let’s dive into the latest news because we have a plethora of updates for you today!
While you’re downloading the update, peruse the patch notes:
- Prepare to explore Old Pinnacove, a brand-new district boasting a vibrant downtown vibe!
- Embark on a new task in this new area, assisting Simon, an allergy sufferer, with his apartment revamp.
- Discover a delightful new apartment in a historic tenement.
- 150 new items! (Check the detailed list below).
- 13 new images for Custom Pictures.
- Receive an SMS from your client once a job is completed. Who doesn’t appreciate a good post-job chat?
- Enjoy improved visual and sound effects when bags hit the invisible boundary wall. It’s like magic, but with bags!
- Chromatic Aberration settings can now be adjusted.
- Introducing the “Unstuck” button in the pause menu (under escape). Perfect for those tricky moments when you get wedged between objects or walls.
- Welcome a new company for items, FixeD! Look familiar?

– Decorative moss and vintage suede – now available in Story mode.
– A variety of colorful rhododendrons.
– Cute bee-themed kitchen accessories (Pipit).
– Comfy Rosie patio furniture (Sandpiper). Perfect for lounging!
– 20 doors of varying widths. Open up to new possibilities!
– 6 new towels. Drying off has never been this stylish!
– Store rack shelf and commercial fridge for your budding enterprise.
– Classic instruments to unleash your inner musician.
– A new bedroom set for Valenti (Windsor), featuring a secret door. Shh, it’s a secret!
- Curtains can now be extended downwards.
- Open and close curtains with a simple press of a button!
- Items can now be placed on the gazebo and scaffolding.
- Buying multiple lights? Their settings are now retained.
- Copy surface styles on architectural elements, much like wall styles.
- A friendly reminder will appear before deleting old progress when starting a new game.
- Archived jobs now feature a “continue” button, making it easy to continue where you left off.
- Fridges, microwaves, and ovens now include internal lighting.
- Larger items now require a longer click to sell, preventing accidental sales.
- Store categories are now sorted with more intention, rather than semi-alphabetically.
- Enhanced text input functionality in the store search field, especially for certain modes or specific devices.
- Corrected the resizable ceiling fan in Jonesboro.
